Who Can Participate?

  • Eligibility: Open to all college students across any discipline.
  • Team Size: Up to 4 members per team.

Event Format:
  1. Registration and Abstract Submission – Submit your idea abstract  based on the selected problem statement.
  2. Final Pitch Presentation – Shortlisted teams will present their solutions virtually in a live session.

How to Participate:

  1. Download Abstract Template: Use the format provided to outline your solution.             DOWNLOAD ABSTRACT TEMPLATE
  2. Submit Your Abstract & Register: Save your abstract as [TeamName.pdf] and upload it during the registration process.
  3. Complete Registration: Registration is confirmed only after abstract submission.

Abstract Submission Deadline: 30 January 2025, 6 PM

Evaluation Process:

  • Abstract Evaluation: Top 10 teams will be shortlisted based on innovation, feasibility, and presentation quality.
  • Final Presentation: Shortlisted teams will pitch their ideas virtually (PPT format) in a live session with a Q&A round.

Awards & Certificates:

  • Winners: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place receive joint certifications from ASAP and the industry partner.
  • Finalists: All finalists receive participation certificates.
