 YIP 8.0 is the 2025-2026 edition of the Young Innovators Programme, a flagship initiative by the government of Kerala, India, to foster a culture of innovation among students. Organized by the Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC), the program encourages students aged 13–35 to develop innovative products, services, and models to solve real-world problems.  Key features of YIP 8.0 Encourages youth-led innovation: The program provides a structured platform for students to turn their creative ideas into tangible projects.
