IEDC 2.0 Selection process

 As part of the implementation of IEDC 2.0, the selection of IEDC Leads is a crucial step and must be completed by 15 February 2025. 

Recognition for IEDC Leads:
The newly onboarded leads will receive certificates of recognition from KSUM upon the completion of their tenure. This will be provided after the submission of a performance report certified by the Nodal Officer, acknowledging their significant role in fostering innovation.


Guidelines 

District Cluster Initiation:
To align with the objectives outlined in the Government Order (GO), we request your immediate attention to initiate District Clusters (Detailed Documentation)

Below are the action items:

  • Select Cluster Committee Members: Appoint institutional leads, cluster committee members, and a cluster coordinator by 07 February 2025.
  • Conduct Cluster Member Meetings: Schedule initial meetings to define roles and responsibilities.
  • Action Plan Preparation: Prepare a 3-month action plan to guide activities and align with IEDC 2.0 objectives. Ensure monthly meetings are conducted to monitor progress.
  • Resource and Skills Mapping: Map resources, skills, and areas of expertise within your district to identify strengths and explore collaboration opportunities.
