Greetings from Kerala Startup Mission.

We are pleased to inform you that applications are now open for the WINGS – Women Innovators Network for Growth and Support Leadership Team. We kindly request you to circulate this opportunity among students in your institution and encourage eligible candidates to apply.

WINGS is an initiative by Kerala Startup Mission dedicated to building a vibrant ecosystem that nurtures, empowers, and elevates women innovators and changemakers across Kerala. As part of the core student team, selected members will play a key role in designing impactful programs, fostering inclusive innovation, and building strong support networks across the state.

Selected members will be onboarded with defined roles, assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and will undergo periodic performance evaluations, followed by certification from KSUM upon successful completion of their tenure.

Last Date to Apply: 10 April 2026

Eligibility: Female students from Higher Education Institutions in Kerala (preferably active in IEDC or innovation activities)

Selection Process:
• Submission of application form
• Mandatory participation in a 10-day bootcamp (minimum 80% attendance required)
• Interview round for shortlisted candidates
• Final selection based on overall performance

Leadership Positions Available:
• Strategic Lead – Supports planning and aligns activities with KSUM and IEDC goals
• Operations Lead – Oversees execution and ensures smooth coordination
• Creativity Lead – Drives ideation and manages designs for impactful projects
• Web Lead – Manages website and digital platforms
• Finance & Sustainability Lead – Handles budgeting and ensures sustainability
• Marketing & Communication Lead – Leads branding, outreach, and communication
• Technology Lead – Oversees technical development and initiatives
• Management Lead – Coordinates teams and drives skill-building initiatives
• STEM Lead – Promotes STEM-focused programs and innovation
• Medical Lead – Guides healthcare-related initiatives
